The Marketing Coordinator will support the firm’s overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives through design and coordination of the firm’s materials, communications, and events. This position is part of the marketing team and collaborates with attorneys and firm leaders as needed. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute firm marketing and business development events for attorneys, clients, and educational seminars and webinarsServe as main point of contact for firm educational seminars and webinars, including facilitating registration and continuing education logistics and ensuring consistent, high-level service to current and potential clients and attendeesManage publication and distribution of firm practice area and industry contentProduce and maintain marketing collateral and video files for print and online client-facing pieces, ensuring final art meets required specs, firm branding guidelines, and includes accurate firm and attorney profile informationCreate visual concepts and ideas that support the firm’s brand and identity across all communication channels, such as advertising, website, social media, handouts, presentations, and digital promotionSupport maintenance of accurate contact and industry-specific information in the firm’s marketing database to draw mailing and email lists for firm communicationsMaintain close coordination and communicate regularly with Manager and the marketing team to ensure both new and existing requests and expectations are metProvide quality control for all firm marketing materials, including review for spelling, grammar, clarity, formatting, and consistency with firm brandingSupport additional marketing team goals and responsibilities on various firm projects as needed, including, but not limited to, photography, video, and internal committee projectsStay current on marketing and industry trends and best practices to creatively contribute innovative ideas and recommendations to implement within current department strategies and operationsQualifications include:
BS or BA degree preferred in a related field, such as marketing, graphic design, or journalismAbility to work closely and collaboratively with firm management, attorneys, clients, and staffPersonal and/or organizational experience with content management for website and social mediaMarketing communications experience in a professional services environmentAbility to visualize and create concepts appropriate to the assignmentSuperb and demonstrated writing, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skillsExperienced user ofAdobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro)Microsoft Office Products (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) Software expertise and other skills preferredHootsuite or other social media content management systemConstant Contact, MailChimp or other email management systemZoom, GoToMeeting/Webinar, or other online conferencing/meeting systemFoulston proudly represents a diverse client base, ranging from individuals and emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
