Renowned for our close collaboration with design professionals, we deliver creative specifications and responsive support, making us the trusted partner for crafting beautiful bathroom spaces.Role OverviewAs the Founder’s Associate, you will step into a dynamic, fast-track role designed for ambitious individuals eager to learn the inner workings of building and scaling a business. You will work closely with the founder and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and sales for our two premium Italian bathroom brands:· Vismaravetro· We are iBThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys engaging with affluent clientele. You will be based at our vibrant Project Office in Siglap, with full access to training and presentation resources. The successful candidate will be developed into a General Manager role, with the potential to participate in profit-sharing in the future as part of the Management Team.Key Responsibilities· Promote and represent our Italian bathroom brands to design professionals and end-users· Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth customers· Conduct compelling virtual and on-site product presentations· Convert qualified leads into successful sales· Collaborate with the founder on strategic initiatives and business development· Develop an impactful digital marketing strategy. Requirements· Proven experience in sales · Passion for design and creating beautiful bathroom spaces· Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual and in-person)· Excellent command of English and interpersonal finesse· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint· Self-driven, energetic, and accountable· A natural hunter with a knack for closing deals· Able to work independently and as part of a teamQualifications· Degree or Diploma in any disciplineWorking Hours· 4-week days (Mon–Fri): 10:00am – 5:00pm· Sat: 12:00pm – 5:00pmCompensation· Competitive base salary· Attractive Project Sales Incentive Program
