🏢 About usHoli is the first digital obesity and metabolic health clinic in Poland — a place where a team of specialists and technology supports patients in making lasting changes to their lives. We started Holi to give patients hope that chronic, lifestyle-driven conditions can be treated with empathy, science and great product design—not quick fixes. We’re building a new, human–AI hybrid model: specialists where it truly matters, automation and agentic AI where it compounds quality and scale. Our long-term goal is to create a “clinic in your pocket” solution — a place where patients can take care of all aspects of their health: from treating diseases to preventing them.Active on the market since 2023, we are a team of 15 people across business, technology, marketing, psychology and medicine. We have recently secured €3m EUR Seed funding from HealthTech specialized VCs from Germany and Poland to accelerate our product development and expand internationally.The roleThis is a senior strategic builder role with direct exposure to Pawel Seweryn, Founder and CEO. You will be responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across international expansion, analytics, AI automation and strategic partnerships. You'll operate as a force multiplier—turning ambiguous problems into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional work, and shipping projects that directly influence Holi's growth trajectory.We believe that the way people work is undergoing a transformational change right now, which means that knowledge-hungry doers can learn and upskill at a rate unheard of 3 years ago, to become 10x performers with immense market value. This role is for those who want to follow that trajectory, learn how to build every facet of a fast growing business and become the backbone of innovation ecosystem in the future.Ongoing scope of work:Creation and maintenance of ongoing management reports for investor updates and board materials—a significant part of how we communicate progress to stakeholdersBuilding big data + agentic AI applications to automate reporting, extract product and user insights, and support decision-making across the organizationAnalyzing user behavioral data and product metrics to provides insights for clinical and product developmentCoordinating strategic legal work: ESOP negotiations, partnership agreements, and other high-priority contractsProjects that you can work on:Coordinating international market expansion in Italy/Spain — you will recruit local agencies and medical specialists, coordinate platform localization, regulatory requirements, and work with the Growth team to generate first sales in new marketsCreating PoCs and early versions of new AI-native features of our patient application, using no-code and AI tools.Conducting in-depth user research, testing and analytics to support our iteration loops and define direction of product developmentHealth Economics study development in cooperation with leading academic institutions in EuropeStrategic Partnerships with key partners across Pharma, Insurance and Academia - from being involved in the process to having full ownership of selected AccountsIdentifying R&D and scientific grants that will accelerate our product development and co-creating the product and technical scope of grant applications🥷 RequirementsExperience4+ years experience with background in Product, Strategy, Operations, or Business Development , ideally in tier-1 organization across Scale-ups, Startups, Strategy Consulting, Investment Funds or Big TechHigh-growth startup experience preferred, especially in B2C SaaS, eCommerce or Marketplaces; Health & Wellness vertical is a big plusBusiness Development/Sales experience of working with external partners and delivering revenue-generating initiatives hands onAbove all - potential, ambition, and eagerness to learn is what matters most in this roleMindsetExecution-first: you're a doer who gets stuff done.
