About &OpenBetter gifting at scale: We’re redefining corporate gifting, for less waste, and more impact.We’re a post-Series A Irish start-up in high growth mode.Clients include Airbnb, Intercom, Etsy and more.Join our passionate and curious team in making care and kindness everyday business practices.About The TeamMission: The Leadership team sets &Open’s strategic direction, empowering teams to deliver impact and grow the business.How We Work: We foster innovation, drive collaboration, and ensure that our company values remain at the heart of everything we do.What We Love Most: Leading with purpose and creating an environment where creativity and ambition thrive.About The RoleAs we scale, we’re looking for a Founders Associate - a sharp, data-driven generalist who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, uncovering insights through analysis, and driving strategic execution across teams.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to turn insights into action and ensure the company runs with focus and clarity.What you'll do?Build a Data-Driven Growth EngineAnalyze data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to uncover what’s driving growth and retention.Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track leading indicators - giving leadership a proactive view of performance.Track company-wide OKRs to ensure focus, alignment and disciplined execution.Partner with Finance to provide a real-time view of bookings, margins, and profitability drivers.Drive Strategic ExecutionWork directly with the CEO on top priorities, from board prep to process design to cross-functional projects.Identify operational bottlenecks and propose pragmatic, data-informed solutions that unlock revenue or efficiency.Run leadership meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups that drive accountability.Shape Our Story with DataPartner with the CEO, CFO, and VP Growth to build investor updates, board materials, and fundraising collateral.Help craft the narrative behind the numbers - what’s working, what’s changing, and what’s next.Manage investor communication and ensure our data and insights reflect where the company is headed.You’ll Thrive Here If You’re:Analytical & Insight-Driven: You love turning messy data into clarity and actionable next steps.Strategic & Structured: You think in systems and can connect the dots across teams.Curious & Positive: You focus on what’s working and help others double down on their strengths.Startup-Proof: You’re comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and wearing many hats.Great Communicator: You can translate numbers into narratives that resonate with executives and investors alike.What You'll Need2–4 years’ experience in consulting, VC, finance, or a high-growth startup.Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Python) a strong plus.Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence without authority.Experience working directly with founders or leadership teams.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHybrid Working ModelCompany PensionHealthcare cover25 days Annual Leave + 2 Company DaysMaternity and Paternity Paid LeaveExciting experience in a fast-paced start-up environmentLocationDublin, Head Office.
