As a Founders Associate, you will work side by side with the founders on strategic and communication topics - gaining deep exposure across business, product, and marketing while helping turn complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives.Location: Munich, GermanyEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: € 60.000 - 70.000 per yearWorking Mode: Office setup Language Requirement: C1 Level English and GermanYour ResponsibilitiesYou will be involved in a broad range of strategic topics and take ownership of projects that drive Flexa’s growth, clarity, and visibility - both internally and externally.Strategic Projects: Work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects across business, product, and operations. You’ll dive deep into new initiatives, structure complex problems, and help translate insights into action.Operating Model: Identify and execute projects that improve how Flexa operates, from internal processes and documentation to cross-functional alignment and communication structures.Brand & External Communication: Help Flexa become one of the most meaningful and trusted energy brands in Europe. Build and amplify our public narrative, shaping how we communicate with customers, partners, investors, and the broader energy ecosystemInternal Communications & Culture: Create clarity and alignment across teams. Drive initiatives that strengthen internal communication, transparency, and cultural cohesion as Flexa scales.Your ProfileEntrepreneurial mindset: You are hands-on, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
