Location: Mannheim, Germany · HybridLanguage: English (fluent)About XENAXena is building the intelligence layer for surgery — an AI system that sees, plans, and guides operations, starting from endometriosis (Gynecology) surgery.Our mission: make surgery run on intelligence, not intuition.We operate across the EU and the U.S., working with leading hospitals, with a dataset of over 500 surgical cases already training our AI.Backed by Techstars Berlin, leading surgeon from the University of Freiburg, and executives from JP Morgan, Intuitive Surgical, and Roche, we are building medical software products intended to impact over millions of patients.The RoleYou’ll work directly with the founders as the analytical right hand of XENA’s leadership team. At XENA, data isn’t a byproduct — it’s the foundation. From AI models to hospital ROI frameworks, every decision starts with evidence.Your job is to translate complex clinical and AI data into clear, actionable insights — showing how XENA enhances surgical precision, drives hospital value, and improves patient recovery.One week you might refine the CRM and align pilot data across sites; the next, you’re building a model that quantifies how XENA saves OR time per procedure or reduces complications. These insights become white papers, case studies, and data narratives shared with hospitals and clinical partners.You’ll shape the analytical backbone of the company — turning data into clarity and proof. When hospitals ask about reimbursement, you’ll model CPT and procedural economics that define the value of Surgical Intelligence. When surgeons share feedback, you’ll translate it into insights that guide the next product release.Everything connects — the CRM, the models, the publications, the pipeline.
