We’re looking for an experienced operator with entrepreneurial ambitions to lead a new venture as Founder & CEO with our investment and the full backing of Founders Factory. The Opportunity: The World’s First AI-Driven Property Manager With over 23 million rental units and more than a third owned by small-scale private landlords, Germany’s property management market is vast, fragmented, and burdened by low service quality and high operating costs. Despite growing tenant expectations, traditional property managers remain inefficient - spending nearly 60% of revenue on labour and falling short on availability, responsiveness, and digital tools. We’re building Immoly.

AI (working title!) - an AI-native property manager, handling every task from lease to leak. Fully automated with optional human-in-the-loop, Immoly. AI delivers end-to-end property management from tenant support and billing to smart maintenance. Our entry point is repair coordination - a major landlord pain point - using Agentic AI to reduce workload, cut costs, and improve tenant experience while maximizing scalability and increasing margins.
