As the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DFR, you will lead the development and execution of our technology strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing software development, setting the architecture of the platform, directing product development, and managing technical projects. Collaborating closely with the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping DFR’s tech-driven approach to financial education.QualificationsExpertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a focus on innovative financial technology solutionsStrong abilities in Strategy and Architecture to define scalable, sustainable systemsEffective Project Management skills to lead and coordinate technical initiativesOutstanding communication and leadership skills for collaboration and team buildingExperience in financial technology or educational technology sectors is an advantageCurrently studying or have achieved a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a other technical field Passion for reshaping financial education with cutting-edge technologies
