Flint ingests a company's existing design system – components, brand guidelines, and visual tokens – then generates fully-coded landing pages that live on the customer’s top-level domain, on a subfolder at URLs like companysite.com/campaign-nameThe RoleWe’re looking for a Founding Designer to join Flint as our first full-time design hire.Very uniquely at Flint, design is the product. It’s not just about designing interfaces. It’s also about designing the design systems the Flint sites rely on - creating a system that at once can reproduce frontends reliably but also one that AI agents can understand.
