We're hiring on many fronts and it's time to go faster.Role DescriptionAs our first designer, you’ll define how modern B2B marketing tools should look, feel, and work — from product UX to visual identity. You'll have an important voice in our brand design, product direction, and vision.This is a full-time Product Design role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Kalos HQ.We work hard and we know we're building a generational company. If you're looking for the ride of a lifetime, this might just be what you're looking for.What You’ll DoOwn product design from end to end: workflows, dashboards, onboarding, agent UX, etc. Translate complex workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive interfacesCollaborate closely with founders and engineers to build fast and iterateBring our AI agent to life with smart, user-centered designTrain our AI to help customers with their brand and Ad designSet up our design systems, workflows, and long-term design cultureTalk to users, gather insights, and turn them into product magicQualifications3–6+ years of product/UX design experience, preferably at startups or 0→1 products and in SaaS or B2BA portfolio that shows off clean, user-focused design and systems thinking that you can shareFluency with design tools (Figma, etc.) and a love for prototypingAbility to work independently and make bold design decisionsComfortable working in ambiguity and moving quicklyInterest in AI/LLMs is a bonus — but a great design mindset is key
