In 2024 this gave us a world-leading score of 72% on OpenAI’s SWE-Lancer benchmarkCosine is now the only available managed product that can be fully air-gapped and deployed on premises, exciting many bulge bracket but extremely risk sensitive and strict enterprises that have rejected all other solutions on the market. We've got our first pilots up and running with global investment banks and defence primes and are now looking to scale our GTM functionThe roleYou’ll source, own and close our earliest enterprise deals end-to-end and help write the sales playbook that every future AE will use. If you love engaging with the largest global enterprises, managing complex sales cycles and turning first pilots into multi-year partnerships, this is for you.Your responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle from sourcing to close: outbound, discovery, multi-threading, demos, business case, commercials, and procurementDesign pilots: define success criteria, milestones, and exit to productionBuild the deal strategy: help build mutual success plans, drive executive alignment, articulate competitive positioningShape the product & story: partner with the Cosine management team on enterprise materials and objection handlingHelp build the team: help hire and mentor the first SDR(s), sales engineers and future AEs, and set the cultureFormalise the GTM process: build out our CRM setup and formalise repeatable hand-off processesYou'll thrive here if youAre intellectually curious, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and master the contentExisting technical fluency in coding tools and AI is a plusHave a demonstrated track record closing complex B2B enterprise tech dealsOn-premise, dev tools, infra, data, or security is a plusSales experience in regulated industries (FS, government, defence) is also a plusAre willing to hustle to build a network and find warm leads (e.g. attending events, cold outreach)Show credibility engaging with senior decision-makers (e.g. CTO / CIO) at large organisationsAre a disciplined operator: multi-threading, clean CRM, crisp next stepsWrite clearly, present simply, and enjoy building playbooks, not just following themWant to work hard and push yourself in return for significant upsideHow we work (tooling & stack)Today we use Attio, Lemlist, PostHog, Notion, Slack, G-Suite.
