Founding Product Manager

We’re a fast-moving startup where engineers play a central role in defining solutions, not just building features.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Founding Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution across our product capabilities. You'll work closely with engineering, AI/ML, and customer success teams to translate customer-driven milestones into a product strategy that scales across infrastructure, intelligence, and impact.What You’ll DoDefine and lead the core product roadmap, aligning delivery with Fortune 500 customer needsLead development of AI-native product capabilities and partner with engineering to evolve our AI/ML pipelineWork closely with operations and CS to create an exceptional customer experience across different languages, formats, and maturity levelsDrive cross-functional execution for API integrations, third-party data sources, and EPD generation standardsBalance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalabilityStay ahead of developments in carbon reporting, sustainability regulation, and AI compliance riskWhat You Bring7+ years in product management, ideally in early-stage startups, B2B SaaS, and with AI/ML infrastructure toolsTrack record of owning end-to-end product delivery, from whiteboard to adoptionExperience working with data pipelines, NLP tools, or knowledge graphs is a strong plusClear, concise communicator - able to write PRDs, sequence roadmaps, and rally teamsDeeply user-focused - you work backward from the customer, but know how to manage scopeFamiliarity with carbon data, LCA standards, or hardware supply chains is a bonusTechnical enough to partner with AI and engineering, and ask the right questionsWhy Join UsJoin a mission-driven team shaping the future of decarbonisation in the electronics industryWork alongside engineers from NASA, Uber, Amazon, and leading climate AI teamsBuild a category-defining product from the ground upHelp create a supplier-led sustainability network that scales intelligentlyIf you thrive in startup environments, love solving hard problems, and want to help build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
