The role: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize in partnership with the CEO Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries Manage and maintain CEO`s expenses and travel budgetProactively prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materialsLead execution of CEO led meetings including quarterly townhall, board meetings, and leadership meetings Take detailed meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on action itemsOversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining employee needs Partner with the leadership team to manage and execute executive-level projects and presentations, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomesCoordinate and track office maintenance requests to ensure timely resolutionWork in partnership with IT and HR to support new hire setup Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors and service providersSupport special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEOMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionRequirements:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar roleExperience in retail or luxury retail preferredStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity toolsProven ability to handle confidential information with integrityStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
