Your contribution will beSupporting with the overall design and execution of an internal communication strategy for the organisationCreating and launching new internal communication formats and products to improve employee engagement, supporting culture and valuesAdvising on suitable internal communications formats, timelines and content for various departments and entitiesMeasuring, reporting on, and enhancing the usage of internal communication tools through analytics and other methodsCoordinating and facilitating internal events Your profile ideally illustratesSuccessfully completed studies with a focus on communications, public relations or comparable educationProfessional experience in internal corporate communications, writing & editing and in the maintenance of an intranet (preferably experience in SharePoint)Experience in curating communication measures for a diverse range of internal stakeholders like office-based staff, non-office-based staff and leadership communicationBackground in developing new internal communication formats and channelsExperience in organising and facilitating internal communication meetings & eventsProven excellent knowledge in the conception and creation of texts for different target groupsVery good linguistic and stylistic skills in spoken and written EnglishBasic picture editing skills are a plusAbility to work proactively and independently with joy to work within a teamPassion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and missionOur offer includesThe opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfareA multinational teamFlexible working times with the option of partial remote workA dog-friendly workplace with a dynamic and pleasant work environmentWorkplace health and wellbeing initiativesWiener Linien annual ticket (or partial contribution to Klima Ticket) and pension fund after probationary periodPAWSdays:
