About The RoleThe Pool and Beach Attendant is responsible for providing guest with water, towels, spritzing and assisting with seating arrangements at the beach/pool.

This person should be able to respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. What You Will Do The ability to conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones. The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation. The ability to take food and drink orders, and clear necessary items.

The ability to wipe down, set up and move, when necessary, all pool deck equipment. What You Bring Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language. Hotel experience preferred.
