Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of accountants, conducting financial analysis to guide business decisions, and liaising with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, monitoring expenditures, and making recommendations for cost control and strategic planning.

QualificationsExperience in financial planning and budget management with over 7 years of experienceProficiency in financial reporting and analysisKnowledge of cash flow management and financial complianceTeam management, mentoring skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAbility to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or CMA certification is preferredExperience in the logistics industry is a plus
