We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our after-sales team in Australia.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: 路Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary路Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our inverters and energy storage products路Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues路Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical guides. 路Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving路Report recurring technical issues and user feedback to product and R&D teamsRequirements:
