Fox Pest Control has an urgent need for a full-time Regional Assistant. We are seeking responsible customer service "ALL-STARS" who want to lead & train others as well as have an important role in supporting business operations. What are we looking for? As a Region Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall growth and profitability of Fox by achieving and supporting key goals in sales, customer service, hiring, and retention. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting and adjusting KPIs, while also training and supporting general managers and conducting regular performance appraisals among many other things including.
