π§ Hardware & Software IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Onsite support for desktops, laptops, Macs, smartphones, tablets, and printers β installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. π© VIP User Support Dedicated and priority support for high-level users, ensuring seamless and discreet service. π§ͺ R&D and Industrial Affairs Support Support for GxP-compliant and non-standard lab and industrial devices, including manual patching and technical troubleshooting. π IT Kiosk Operations Set up and maintain user-facing IT kiosks for walk-up support and appointment-based assistance. π Server Room & Network Infrastructure Assist with racking, stacking, cabling, asset audits, backup tape handling, and monitoring of infrastructure environments.
π¦ Hardware Asset Management Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware β from device collection and deployment to inventory tracking and database updates. π€ Onsite Event Support Technical setup and real-time support for internal events and business meetings. π©βπ« Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Provide IT orientation, equipment setup, and support during employee transitions. π€ 3rd Party Coordination Collaborate with vendors and OEMs for onsite support, repairs, and scheduled services. π Depot & Device Deployment Coordinate imaging, shipping, returns, and logistics of IT assets for end users. π§ Your Profile:
