Pivotal to this role will be analysing financial data to facilitate internal and external decision-making processes including examining costs, revenue, expenditure, cash flow, profitability, and operating performance to provide valuable insights for strategic planning.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and communicate financial and operational data for strategic planning purposes, ensuring data and system integrityTrack, analyse, and control project costs, including mobilisation / demobilisation, service materials, and other indirect costAssist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecastsPrepare and distribute business performance metrics, month-end, and year-end reportsReview depot/site costs and identify control issues to the internal controls teamEnsure adherence to financial controls within relevant operating departmentsCollaborate with relevant managers on budgeting and forecasting for multiple departmentsSupport the development of systems for monitoring costs, including capital cost of new equipment and financial returnsAssist in the monthly review of tax charges and forecast paymentsProvide data for ad hoc analytics as required by managementAnalyze fiscal and operational data to support financial, capital, and manpower planningCollaborate with internal and external auditors during auditsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar role delivering the above responsibilitiesStrong experience using an ERP (SAP etc).Advanced Excel skillsDegree in finance or similar, with CPA membership highly advantageousA background in data analysis would be highly regardedStrong communication skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholdersStrong presentation skills – able to independently create and present MBR’s and monthly meetings to MD levelWhy join Aggreko?We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
