This is your chance to work at the intersection of finance, people, and strategy, supporting critical functions like People & Culture, helping guide decisions that impact the entire organisation.What You’ll DoOwn the numbers: Support financial planning and analysis for our Group functions, especially HR-related areas like headcount, compensation, and development initiatives.Be a true business partner: Work directly with functional leaders to provide insights that shape decisions, build business cases, and optimise organisational performance.Turn data into decisions: Create dashboards, performance reports, and variance analyses. Track key KPIs such as FTEs, cost per hire, and turnover.Drive strategy forward: Build models and scenario analyses to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.Champion continuous improvement: Help evolve our FP&A tools, processes, and data quality, making finance more transparent and impactful.Collaborate globally: Act as a trusted partner across regions and time zones, connecting finance with the business.What You’ll BringA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Professional certifications are a plus.3–5 years’ experience in FP&A & financial analysis.Solid understanding of HR cost structures and workforce-related metrics.Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel/financial modelling capability.Clear, confident communicator who can translate complexity into clarity.A collaborative mindset and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
