If you want to step into a multinational environment with countless development opportunities, great people, and a chance to make a real financial impact, your search ends here!Bring your curiosity and drive — we’ll take care of the rest.What you’ll doAs an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy through precise analysis and insights related to Accounts Payable and Working Capital.You’ll work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Business Services teams to optimize cash flow, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.You will:Support the preparation and analysis of working capital forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Deliver data-driven insights on payables, cash flow, and process efficiency to guide business decisions.Analyze trends, variances, and payment performance, providing actionable recommendations.Partner with business stakeholders and external service providers to improve Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, driving accuracy and efficiency.Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and financial controls.Support financial transformation and system improvement projects.What you’ll bringUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage).Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.A few years of relevant experience in finance, ideally within FMCG or multinational environments.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.What’s in it for youA structured onboarding program with a dedicated buddy to help you settle in.Clear development plans and tools to track your progress and success.Opportunities for professional and personal growth through continuous learning.Exposure to an international environment and cross-functional collaboration.Exciting tasks with a tangible impact on the company’s performance and strategy.About your new team:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
