FP&A Analyst with BI focus - HellermannTytonFor HellermannTyton in Sweden we are looking for a data driven FP&A Analyst with a strong data/BI focus. You will be part of the Nordic Finance team and report to the Head of Finance Nordics.About the roleAs an FP&A & BI Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping better business decisions through analysis, visualization and financial advice across our Nordic region. This is a role where you combine your BI and technical understanding with strong financial and analytical skills. You will support business managers, act as a trusted advisor and contribute to both strategic initiatives and decision-making.Main responsibilities:Support managers with analysis, visualization, and financial decision supportBuild and manage interactive Power BI dashboardsDevelop and monitor KPIs; contribute to reporting and analysis of transformation and improvement initiativesContribute to planning, budgeting, and the monthly close, including financial reportingSupport ERP modernization projects and drive pricing, market and competitor analysisPlay a key role in driving system improvements and change initiatives across the organization.Who you are:You are a curious and proactive FP&A Analyst or BI Controller with a strong understanding of the business and its day-to-day operations, enabling you to translate financial data into actionable insights. What you'll bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business or economics5+ years of relevant professional experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BIExperience working with ERP systems (M3 or SAP desirable) and contributing to ERP modernizationFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is requiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsContactThe role is located in Kista.
