You’ll play a key role in our financial planning cycle, consolidating data, building reporting and shaping insights the business can act on.Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this is a hands-on role at the centre of our planning and performance cycle. It’s ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical and ready to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable stories.You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative, mission-driven environment where finance is a true partner to the business. This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work from the Farringdon office 2 days a week.Your responsibilitiesConsolidate and analyse financial data across multiple sourcesMaintain and enhance our rolling financial model, coordinating inputs across teamsPrepare weekly and monthly reports to support decision-makingStreamline workflows and simplify large datasets through automationHelp turn business initiatives into measurable financial resultsSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic planning initiativesBuild clear, user-friendly documentationYour Skills And Experience~2 years of experience in finance, business analysis or related filed (no accounting qualification required)Strong Excel skills – confident handling large datasets, complex formulas, automationsConfident in PowerPoint and creating compelling, “storytelling” decksHands-on attitude – comfortable diving into details while keeping the big picture in sightStrong attention to detail, highly organised, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentNice to have - exposure to FP&A, insurance, tech or other data-heavy industries; and experience with Power BI tools or SQLSalary range:: £50,000 GBP - £60,000 GBPWays of workingOn a typical day you’ll be working from a laptop with a screen, mouse, keyboard, and headset. You’ll be meeting your colleagues on Zoom and keeping in touch regularly via email and Slack too – we’d expect you to be using your computer for around seven hours a day. We’d ask that you have a distraction-free work area and a reliable internet connection with a speed of 25Mbps so you can work effectively.
