As part of the Global Supply Chain, it is a central entity that owns all goods and handles financial flows related to European distribution for MedTech EMEA and affiliate deliveries from Europe to rest of world.How YOU Can HelpThis role is a key position within the GMED Finance team that reports to the Finance Manager - FP&A and will be responsible for month and quarter end reporting processes, master data ownership in JDE 8.12 and CFIN systems, headcount reporting, warehousing/freight accruals and supporting the team on forecasting and other items as needed.This is a high-impact & high-exposure position, which also provides an outstanding opportunity to learn about the financial flows and SC processes within Medtech and partner with business!The Key Responsibilities & The Impact YOU Will HaveMonth end and quarter end support:Perform key P&L bookings and reconciliation of key accountsOwner of the P&L allocation processCommunicating key metrics to our business partnersOwner Of Key FP&A ReportsP&L and Balance Sheet SOX report preparer and owner.Preparation of Cost Center review process and helping to lead reviews.Providing monthly reports to business partnersOpportunity to lead process improvements as we try to utilize new CFIN (SAP) systemMaster Data MaintenanceBe the key GMED contact for any changes required to Master Data in JDE 8.12 (ERP) or CFIN (Reporting System)Raise requests on teams behalf and ensure they are performed correctly by Master Data supportMaintaining correct documentation for all requestsPerforming the controls to ensure Master data accuracy and completenessHeadcount ReportingPreparation of monthly headcount reportsSending reports to business partnersFlagging issues with stakeholders and following up to make amendmentsUpdate headcount for forecasting cyclesWarehousing Bookings And BillingsOwner of monthly processes related to warehousing accruals and intercompany charges.Ensuring billing of charges is performed accurately and tied outAd Hoc/Other ResponsibilitesCo-ordination of monthly close calendar ensuring key stakeholders are alignedOwnership of certain P&L lines for forecast updatesProvide support to team manager and senior analyst as required on ad hoc items/projectsIt’s All About YouWhat you need to succeed in this role:EducationMin of 3 years of important work experiencePreferable Finance Master's degree in Economics or FinanceExperience & SkillsCollaboration, influencing, communication & leadership skills with strategic mentalityProficiency in English is requiredTechnology proficiency in MS office (Strong MS Excel skills are required)Problem solving and operational improvement demeanour (Mentality of Innovation and continuous improvement)Ability to multi-task, work towards reporting calendar's results and stretch.Resilient and flexible to change, ability to handle sophisticated and ambiguous situationsPossess and promote values consistent with J&J CredoClosing date for all applications: Thursday, 27th of November 2025.Required SkillsPreferred Skills:Analytical Reasoning, Budgeting, Business Behavior, Confidentiality, Consulting, Data Savvy, Econometric Models, Execution Focus, Financial Analysis, Financial Data Management, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Process Oriented
