The individual will lead a team that supports the operations and corporate functions. Responsibilities include overseeing/managing the annual budget, forecasting, strategic plan, and management reporting cycles. The individual will partner with all aspects of the business to provide data insights for better decision making and drive growth. The role will have exposure working with the CFO and the executive management team.Job ResponsibilitiesEnhance and develop tools to support better decision making across the companyDrive the development of driver-based planning and forecasting throughout the organization, incorporating market specific analyticsAnalyzing profitability and trends of the company to identify and action margin enhancement opportunities (pricing, mix, management, etc.) Own the monthly business review and forecasting routines – includes identifying key risks and opportunities and develop relevant action plans with the leadership teamResponsible for managing the annual budget & strategic plan,Develop the FP&A team, driving high levels of engagement, and ensuring team is continuously learningLead management reporting for the organization to CRH AmericasWork collaboratively across finance to define and implement best practices and drive consistency across the organizationWork cross functionally with our leaders to scale and optimize processes supporting business growthJob QualificationsBachelors or Master’s degree in finance, Business or Accounting5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a global public company environment with significant exposure in manufacturing industryHolds self and others accountable; drives for results even under difficult circumstancesProject management skills and ability to prioritize tasks Organizational skills required in the form of documentation of work/training instructionsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office w/ Advanced Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtensive Oracle EPM Planning experience requiredSelf-starter, highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiativesDrive Results - Consistently achieving objectives, even under tough circumstances, pushing self and others to accomplish goalsContinuous improvement mindset with a demonstrated history of implementing business process changes and driving innovationBachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or another technical fieldExperience with BI preferredERP experience with SAP, JDE, AX and/or NetSuite preferredExperience in a manufacturing environment preferredMergers and Acquisitions experience a plusWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
