As an FP&A Solutions Consultant, you’ll bridge the gap between our platform and our customers’ financial processes.About the Role:As an FP&A Solutions Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to finance teams across industries. You’ll lead implementations of Limelight’s financial planning platform while drawing from your background in finance, accounting, and technology to support and guide customers. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business models and design scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.This is a cross-functional role that requires strong communication, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new Limelight customers, from requirements gathering to go-live and supportDesign, configure, and validate financial models, templates, and reports within the Limelight platformAct as the main point of contact for client finance teams throughout onboarding and implementationTranslate financial concepts into scalable technology solutions—budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, dashboards, allocations, etcProvide guidance and best practices on modeling approaches and reporting outputsPartner with internal product, and success teams to ensure client goals are metTrain client users and ensure successful adoptionManage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while keeping clients informed and confidentBuild long-term relationships and help expand the usage of Limelight post-implementationQualifications:3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, accounting systems, financial analysis, or financial software implementationStrong understanding of financial planning cycles—budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, reportingExperience with tools like Excel, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive or other FP&A toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, SaaS environmentCPA, CFA, or PMP is a value addYou’ll Thrive If You:Enjoy helping finance professionals work smarter with better toolsGain a mix of consulting, finance, and technical skillsLike taking ownership of a project and seeing it through from design to deliveryAre energized by client interaction, problem-solving, and tracking customer valuePowered by JazzHRN6SO0CwZdV
