If you're ready to join the driving force behind the evolution of interactive entertainment, we invite you to come play with us.We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our finance team.In this role, you will act as a trusted financial partner, working closely with various departments to support strategic decision-making, deliver key financial insights, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gain broad exposure to financial operations, and work with both local and international teams.ResponsibilitisPrepare daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue and financial reports for key stakeholders and managementAnalyze budget vs. actual results and provide actionable insights to support business decisionsParticipate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring revenue accuracy and data integritySupport annual budget planning and forecasting processes across departmentsConduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support cross-functional and corporate initiativesCollaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, HR, MIS, and BI teamsMaintain and manage financial databases, systems, and reporting toolsAssist in creating and delivering periodic financial summaries and presentations to senior managementMonitor and review financial requests related to headcount, position changes, and new rolesDrive process improvements and contribute to automation and standardization efforts within FP&ARequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field1–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a global or fast-paced companyStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSelf-starter with high motivation, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of ownershipExperience working with Oracle EPM/ERP – advantageFamiliarity with Power BI or other BI tools – advantageWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
