Recruitment Support Monitor and manage the careers inbox; sort CVs and move relevant profiles to Workable Screen CVs based on hiring criteria and assist in candidate sourcing (IT and non-IT) Maintain consistency in job ads and screening questions across platforms Send confirmation and rejection emails throughout the recruitment process Share job newsletters with the Talent Pool and conduct competitor research Onboarding & HR Operations Create employee profiles in BambooHR and initiate IT onboarding tasks in Jira Conduct pre-onboarding checks and schedule onboarding meetings Prepare welcome packs and deliver office tours on newcomers' first day Maintain employee data (e. g.

, full names, photos), and track intern experience Employee Experience & Internal Communications Announce new joiners and birthdays in Slack Support internal communication projects like BambooHR Communities and engagement calendars Assist in event planning, photoshoots, and capturing photos at events Create visuals for company values and contribute to internal team videos Employer Branding & Policy Support Help brainstorm and draft social media content Conduct competitive research (e. g. , career pages, LinkedIn employee mapping) Assist with policy reviews and preparation (e. g. , Laptop Policy) Gather global pre-onboarding input from regional teams Candidate profile:

A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar A creative thinker with outstanding communication and organizational skills Genuine interest in internal communications, organizational culture, and/or human resources Passionate about design and visual storytelling Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds Fluent in English, both written and spoken Passion for photography would be considered an advantage Our offer:
