Job Title: Account Manager – IT Software (Finland Market)Location: Europe (Remote/Hybrid)Work Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager – IT Software to join our dynamic team and spearhead business development efforts in Finland. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the Nordic region, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation, Cloud, SAP, AI & Data, and Modernization solutions.
As an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our Finnish enterprise clients, managing the entire sales lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities, driving strategic engagements, to coordinating successful solution delivery in partnership with internal stakeholders such as Delivery, Marketing, and the Center of Excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the Finnish marketCultivate and grow long-term customer relationships to unlock large-scale opportunitiesIdentify customer needs, present tailored service offerings, and close new business dealsLead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clientsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutionsPromote and consult on digital transformation initiatives, including Cloud, SAP/ERP, AI & Data Analytics, Automation, and Low-code solutionsMaintain and expand a strong personal network within the Finnish enterprise sectorRepresent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and other relevant platformsProvide accurate forecasts and sales reportsQualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in IT Account Management, Sales, or related fieldsProven track record in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, SAP, Data & AI, Low-code, and Automation servicesExperience working with international organizations and cross-cultural teamsExcellent understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer engagement strategiesFluent in Finnish and English (both written and verbal)Willingness to travel as neededStrong time-management, communication, and negotiation skillsWhat We OfferAttractive salary and bonus package25 vacation days annuallyAnnual performance-based bonusOpportunities to travel and work abroad at our parent company’s HQFlat organizational structure with collaborative, experienced teamsAccess to global training and career development programsCompany-sponsored events and team-building activitiesContact point:
