Here's what they're looking for:A Fractional CTO who will be a true partner in building this product from zero to scale. In this role, you’ll roll up your sleeves to architect and code the first version of the platform while helping to build and support a world-class engineering team.You’ll not only lead technology but also play a pivotal role in shaping company strategy, culture, and growth alongside the Founder and Head of Product.Support with future investor meetings during the fundraising process.👇 Here's what they'd love for you to have:6+ years' commercial experience within Software Engineering, with at least 2 of those being in a leadership position.Strong proficiency with all things JavaScript (including Node.js, NestJS and React.js).Experience with Proptech, Fintech or BNPL later products.Availability to support them 10-15 hours per week.This role is a part time position with full flexibility around working days and hours but you must be based here in the UAE.For this role, they're offering significant equity (circa 5% company ownership) alongside an initial monthly salary of 10k AED P/M. 💰Interested in finding out more?
