In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Chinese OEM portfolio, market expansion, and revenue growth, specifically focusing on the nationwide distribution and retail network of passenger vehicles.The role helps shape the strategy in cultivating strategic partnerships and expanding the brand’s network to pursue new business opportunities and prospects as aligned with the OEM partners and dealer principals.What you’ll doSales Strategy Development – Develops sales strategies that expand the customer base, strengthen market presence, and leverage market and competitor insights to drive revenue growth.Sales Planning & Forecasting – Builds data-driven sales and marketing plans, partners with OEMs, and aligns forecasts with S&OP to ensure accurate planning and target delivery.Pricing & Performance Management – Sets optimal pricing, manages promotions, tracks KPIs, and establishes short- to long-term sales targets aligned with business goals.Business Reporting & Insights – Leads data collection and reporting systems, defines KPIs, and translates complex data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.Network Development & Partnerships – Identifies growth opportunities, manages bilingual contract reviews, and negotiates long-term, value-driven partnerships.Stakeholder & Customer Experience Management – Manages OEM and dealer relationships, drives strategic negotiations, ensures consistent customer experience, and enhances loyalty through aftersales and retention programs.About youEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration; MBA or postgraduate program preferred.Experience: Over 15 years leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within the automotive industry.Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and EnglishResults Driven: Sets and achieves high-performance goals, motivating teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.Entrepreneurial & Customer-Centric: Identifies new opportunities, fosters innovation, and builds a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations.Teamwork, Learning, Integrity: Promotes collaboration, continuous improvement, and ethical decision-making across the organization.We offer youBenefit from clear career paths, continuous learning & MNC ExposureAccess comprehensive health and life insurance (including dependent in health insurance)Enjoy exclusive colleague perks, including discounts on vehicle purchases and more.A fully maintained company carRelocation allowanceStart your journeyIf you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
