We're committed to supporting our franchisees' success through comprehensive training, ongoing support, and proven business systems.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Franchise Onboarding Manager to join our team at our Plymouth Meeting, PA headquarters. This critical role will serve as the primary guide for new franchisees as they launch and establish their Zoom Drain locations, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to build thriving businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete onboarding process for new franchisees from signing through grand opening and beyondDevelop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering operations, marketing, sales, customer service, and technical aspects of drain and sewer servicesConduct on-site visits to new franchise locations to provide hands-on support and guidanceIdentify and troubleshoot operational, technical, and business challenges that arise during the launch phaseCollaborate with franchisees to develop customized action plans addressing specific market conditions and business obstaclesMonitor franchisee progress through key performance indicators and milestone achievementsServe as a liaison between franchisees and corporate support departmentsCreate and refine onboarding documentation, training materials, and best practice resourcesProvide ongoing support during the critical first 6-12 months of franchise operationDocument common challenges and solutions to continuously improve the onboarding experienceRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience in the home services industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or related trades)Proven track record in franchise operations, training, or business developmentDeep understanding of home services business models, including dispatch, scheduling, pricing, and service deliveryStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into complex operational issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapportExperience with field service management software and CRM systemsWillingness and ability to travel up to 30-40% for on-site franchisee supportPreferred QualificationsPrevious franchise onboarding or support experienceExperience scaling service-based businessesFamiliarity with franchise compliance and FDD requirementsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceSimple IRA with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesThe chance to directly impact franchisee success and company growthCollaborative, supportive team environmentWhy Join Zoom Drain?As a Franchise Onboarding Manager at Zoom Drain, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of entrepreneurs across the country.
