Franchise Operations Manager – Middle EastLocation: DubaiType: Permanent, full-timeTraining: 2 to 3 months onboarding in London (UK work eligibility required)About BVC HospitalityBVC Hospitality is the group behind vibrant, much-loved brands including NAC, Le Café NAC, 74 Duke, Crème, and Supernova. With 15+ restaurants already operating in the Middle East and another 10 openings scheduled in the next 6 months, we are scaling fast and investing in our regional presence.We’re hiring our first dedicated team member in the region, based in Dubai, to act as the bridge between our London HQ and franchise operations on the ground.The RoleThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who understands how to deliver operational excellence across multiple sites and who wants to grow in a high-energy, founder-led company.Following a 2 to 3-month immersive training period in London, you’ll relocate to Dubai to support our franchise partners across the Gulf.
