Your New RoleWe're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy IT Support professional to join our team on a casual basis, around three days a week.
You'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, helping employees resolve technical issues, set up new devices, and maintain smooth day to day tech operations. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your Day to DayProvide Level 1 IT support across devices, systems and networksTroubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Wi-Fi, printers, and POSSet up user accounts, devices, and permissions for new team membersMaintain and track IT hardware and software inventoryAssist with network infrastructure support (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
