We are seeking a finance-savvy Investor Relations Associate to drive successful capital raising initiatives that support scaling our business. Your mission will be to build strong investor relations, coordinate end-to-end fundraising processes, and prepare engaging materials to tell the stories with numbers. You’ll operate at the intersection of national security and industrial innovation, partnering with top-tier investment community members. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain high-quality fundraising materials, including pitch decks, financial models, investment memorandums, and data room documentation. Support the creation of regular reports, updates, and tailored materials for existing and potential investors. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform fundraising and investor communication strategies. Ensure investor data, documentation, and fundraising records are up-to-date and well organized.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data, metrics, and insights needed for external investor communications and reporting. We Would Love You to HaveEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role. Prior experience supporting capital raising, investor relations, or financial modeling is a plus. Skills and Attributes:
