IT Support Engineer12 month freelance contractBerlin, Germany5-days per week in officeI am looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer (Microsoft, Azure, O365) to join a consultancy who specialise in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This role is based in Berlin and will require freelancers to work onsite. The current contract is 12 months, with the option to extend. An hourly/ day rate will be offered. You will join the consultancy and provide desktop support and end-user server administration for all client issues, while responding to level 1 and 2 service tickets.
There is a team in place and collaboration will be required to escalate all problems to the next level of support. During your contract you will get the opportunity to partner with a number of flagship clients.
