In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to prevent financial crime.We're looking for a Fraud Compliance Manager to focus on mitigating fraud and scams to keep customers and their money safe. Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingProviding oversight of external fraud risks, controls, KRI breaches, and incidents to ensure inherent risks are mitigated where possible and residual risks are documented appropriatelySetting relevant fraud policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirementsConducting risk assessments of new or changing products and features, proposing appropriate controls to support successful deploymentProviding expertise in fraud-related matters, including product controls, processes, and investigationsWhat You'll Need5+ years of fraud risk and strategy management experience in financial services or paymentsExpertise in fraud risks associated with payments, banking, and/or investmentsExperience using SQLThe ability to easily analyse and draw conclusions from dataThe ability to learn quickly, solve complex problems, and perform in a dynamic environmentSolid interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally in global teams to ensure execution against regulatory requirements and internal policiesTo be comfortable working with ambiguity and in a self-guided mannerFluency in English with excellent communication skillsNice to haveExperience managing projects and/or project teamsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
