Job DescriptionResponsible for conducting fraud investigationsPerform daily fraud analysis to detect and investigate anomalies and fraudulent activities in customer and transaction dataIdentify and review evidence and documents to analyse the overall case; synthesise data into a fraud investigation report with recommendationsWork with internal stakeholders to evaluate the efficiency of existing tools, processes, and policies related to fraud managementIdentify and review any gaps within the current control process and recommend enhancements to prevent the recurrence of similar fraud activitiesDrive process improvements in fraud operational processes and policiesPerform ad-hoc reviews or projects as required or directedRequirementsA Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldAt least 1 year of experience in fraud investigation processes or related bank processes/productsPossess good problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in dataHigh ethical standards with demonstrated integrityAble to work independently with minimal supervision and able to multitaskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
