In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the Operations leaders, working closely with State Managers and Area Coaches to support and elevate their teams on the ground. From workforce planning and employee relations to performance management and compliance, you’ll be at the heart of their people operations.
What You’ll Be DoingPartnering with Operations leaders to align people strategies with business goalsSupporting end-to-end workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planningAdvising on complex employee relations matters with confidence and careDriving performance and engagement initiatives that bring company values to lifeEnsuring compliance with Australian employment law, modern awards, and internal policiesLeading and contributing to national people-focused projectsWhat You’ll Bring to the TableA degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field4+ years of experience in a HR Business Partnering or similar advisory roleStrong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and award interpretationProven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for making things betterExperience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (hospitality or retail a plus)The salary for this role is $135,000 – $150,000 + super + bonus, depending on experience.
