Job DescriptionJob Summary:

An Elite Program and Events Manager oversees the planning, organization, and execution of high-profile, specialized programs and events, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure success and deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics. Source and manage vendors, venues, and other resources. Oversee all aspects of event execution, from setup to teardown. Develop and implement event programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals. Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources. Track program performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively with all parties involved.

Build and maintain strong relationships. Lead and motivate event teams. Delegate tasks and provide guidance. Ensure smooth and efficient event operations. Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders. Analyze event performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports. QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or any related field. 5-8+ years professional experience in food and beverage marketing but not required. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the food and beverage industry. Develop skills in project management, budget management, vendor negotiation, marketing, and communication.

Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members. Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI. Gain experience in all aspects of event planning, from concept development to execution, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management. Understand how to market events and attract attendees through various channels. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics. Team player, willing to do anything to get the job done.

Must be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize, and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
