Job Responsibilities Client Flow AnalysisDetect patterns, correlations, and behavioral signals in traders' ordersAssess continuation/reversal probability after user trades Market-Making Strategy DevelopmentBuild quoting logic based on current liquidity and position exposureIncorporate funding rates, cross-margin positions, and hedging strategiesDynamically adjust spreads and order book depth based on real-time data Development & BacktestingParticipate in building and maintaining a proprietary database of trades and ordersDevelop a trading simulator to model market flow (including fees, latency, and spread slippage)Rapidly prototype and test hypotheses in both simulated and live market environments.
Profit OptimizationBalance spread capture with holding positions against the overall marketApply robust risk control models to minimize large drawdownsRequirements2+ years of proven experience in algorithmic trading on CEX futures, equity margin trading, or CME futuresStrong knowledge of:
