The ideal candidate is someone who can craft engaging, conversion-driven email copy while understanding how to navigate email marketing platforms.LOCATION:Remote WORK HOURSMONDAY TO FRIDAY 9am – 5pm  🖱️CLICK HERE TO APPLY🖱️RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop on-brand copy for email campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and automated sequences.Collaborate with the Operations team to conceptualize and structure campaigns that drive engagement and sales conversions.Understand and implement email marketing best practices, including subject line optimization, segmentation, personalization etc.Work within email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar) to upload, format, test, and schedule campaigns.Conduct A/B testing on copy, subject lines, and CTAs to continuously optimize performance.Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insightful recommendations for improvement.Ensure copy is aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESProven experience as an Email Marketing Copywriter.Demonstrated experience using at least one major email marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign).Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, including flows, automations, and list segmentation.Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and persuasive writing techniques.Familiarity with data-driven marketing, conversion metrics, and A/B testing.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines across multiple projects.Preferred : Experience with eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
