Contract Role | Approx. 5–10 hrs/week | Experience in Beehiiv PreferredWe’re looking for a creative, experienced Newsletter Copywriter to craft engaging weekly newsletters for two growing brands — one in the business & entrepreneurship space, and another in the luxury dating and lifestyle industry.This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone with a strong editorial voice, sharp writing instincts, and a deep understanding of tone, pacing, and audience engagement.ResponsibilitiesWrite and edit two weekly newsletters (one per brand):A business-focused newsletter covering entrepreneurship, growth, and community insights.A dating & lifestyle newsletter centered around confidence, relationships, and modern connection.Develop subject lines and headlines that maximize open and click rates.Use Beehiiv (or similar platforms) to format, schedule, and track newsletter performance.Maintain consistent tone and voice for each brand.Collaborate with founders and creative team on content ideas and upcoming features.Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.Requirements2+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in newsletters, marketing, or brand storytelling.Strong portfolio of published email or editorial content.Experience using Beehiiv (or comparable platforms like Substack, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit).Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and brand voice.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content calendars.Interest in both business culture and modern dating/lifestyle content.Role DetailsPosition: Part-Time, RemoteHours: 5–10 hours per weekCompensation: Based on experienceStart Date: ASAP
