Are you a storyteller who can turn complex sustainability ideas into powerful, purpose-driven content that inspires action?  Content With Purpose (CWP) is seeking talented and experienced Freelance Creative Producers to join our purpose-driven, fully remote team.  Please see below on how to apply. Start: December 2025 Location: Remote (08:30–17:30 UK time; flexibility for client meetings) Engagement: Freelance, rolling assignments through 2026 Rate of Pay: £10-£15 per hour  You’ll help shape and deliver high-quality digital content that makes sustainable development, health and education topics clear, engaging and actionable. If you thrive on creative collaboration, storytelling and producing content that makes a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.  About the role As a Freelance Creative Producer, you’ll take stories from concept through to delivery — developing treatments and outlines, shaping interviews, overseeing edits, and managing relationships directly with partners and clients. Our content spans short documentaries, explainers, thought-leadership films and social edits — each designed to make complex ideas accessible and inspiring. Key responsibilities Translate complex sustainability and climate topics into clear, engaging narratives Develop treatments, outlines, scripts and interview plans Oversee edits and manage feedback rounds to ensure narrative quality and alignment Lead client calls, present creative ideas, and confidently represent CWP Collaborate with internal and freelance teams to deliver content on brief, on time, and on budg You’ll bring Proven experience as a producer or creative lead on digital content or campaigns A strong ability to simplify complex topics into compelling, audience-first stories Excellent writing and storytelling skills (treatments, outlines, scripts) Confidence in client-facing communication and stakeholder management Reliable remote setup and availability for a standard UK workday (08:30–17:30) A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar in your verbal and written communication Nice to have Experience with thought-leadership films, explainers or multi-asset campaigns Familiarity with sustainability frameworks or sector-specific topics Background in journalism, brand content or agency environments  Example content The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) partnered with Content With Purpose (CWP) to create Travel Redefined: Tourism for People and Planet, a wide-ranging digital film series that will explore the world of sustainable travel and tourism.
