About the RoleWe are looking for a Freelance EPLAN Engineer to support electrical design and documentation projects within the industrial engineering and automation sector. You will be responsible for designing and developing electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring documentation using EPLAN Electric P8.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and create electrical schematics, terminal diagrams, and panel layouts in EPLAN Electric P8.Prepare bills of materials (BOMs), cable lists, and wiring documentation.Collaborate with mechanical, automation, and project engineering teams.Ensure compliance with AREI/RGIE and international electrical standards (IEC).Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.Maintain and update EPLAN project databases and macros.Profile / RequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Sciences (or equivalent).Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical design within the industrial or automation sectors.Excellent proficiency with EPLAN Electric P8 (2D/3D).Knowledge of Caneco, AutoCAD, or similar tools is an advantage.Fluent in Dutch; English and/or French is an asset.Registered as a freelancer with a valid VAT number (BE or EU).OfferAttractive daily freelance rate depending on experience.Flexible work setup (hybrid or remote, depending on project).Opportunity to work with leading industrial engineering companies on exciting projects.
