Freelance Senior Estimator – G+1 Villa Project (Dubai) 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🕒 Start Date: ImmediateWe are a Dubai-based renovation and fit-out company seeking a Freelance Senior Estimator to support us on a G+1 villa development project in Jebel Ali.Responsibilities:Prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the entire G+1 villa project.Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure all items are captured.Reach out to subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations for all major trades.Develop a complete and accurate cost estimate, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.Work closely with our internal team to refine the pricing and ensure completeness before submission.Identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight any risks or missing scope.Requirements:Must be based in Dubai and available to start immediately.Proven experience in estimating G+1 villa or residential projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of local construction practices, materials, and suppliers.Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (such as Candy, Planswift, or equivalent).Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Freelance / project-based availability for the full duration of the tender period (Around 2 weeks).What We Offer:Competitive freelance compensation (project-based).Opportunity to collaborate with a growing design & build firm on future projects.If you meet the above criteria and can start right away, please send your CV and sample BOQs or previous project references to admin@reviverenovation.ae
