This position is only open to freelancing candidates. Initial availability of 20 hours per week with availability in person for events if needed. No two days will be the same: expect variety, ownership, and meaningful contribution from day one.Key Responsibilities:Support the full planning and execution cycle of remote, hybrid, and in-person events (webinars, roundtables, conferences..etc)Drive attendance and engagement by promoting events through multi-channel marketingManage logistics, speaker coordination, attendee communication, and post-event follow-upAssist with podcast scheduling, guest coordination, and promotion activitiesContribute to the customer newsletter: editorial planning, drafting, formatting, and distributionCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project deliveryTrack event performance and support reporting with data-driven insightsAbout us:Digitization has fundamentally changed our world and technology now plays an unavoidable role in our daily lives. But make no mistake, we work hard but also get a lot in return.What makes you a fit for this role?Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Campaign Execution (B2B experience a plus).Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent English communicator, both written and verbalComfortable with common marketing tools, including: Webinar platforms (Livestorm) CRM/email tools (HubSpot) & Project management software (ClickUp)Ability to analyze trends and produce on-demand video content, including coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant outputBasic understanding of website back-end systems to accurately publish and manage event listingsConfident working both independently and collaboratively within a teamYou are a creative thinker who excels at turning ideas into action, with a strong focus toward execution over extensive strategizingBonus: Familiarity with podcast production or email marketing tools
