We are seeking experienced and results-driven F&B professionals to work as independent consultants under the Business Compass brand.​You will have the flexibility to take on projects that fit your schedule and expertise, delivering our proven consulting services to a growing list of clients. We handle the client acquisition, branding, and operational systems; you focus on what you do best—solving problems and delivering exceptional results for clients.​Key Responsibilities:​Deliver a range of consulting services to our F&B clients, including on-site audits, menu development, operational restructuring, and staff training.​Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, managing the relationship from start to finish.​Utilize the Business Compass toolkit and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.​Represent the Business Compass brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.​Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Partner):​An Experienced F&B Professional: You have 5+ years of senior experience in the F&B industry (e.g., as a Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Operations Manager, or independent consultant).​A Problem Solver: You have a proven track record of identifying operational weaknesses and implementing effective solutions.​An Excellent Communicator: You can confidently advise business owners and train their staff.​Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and excited by a performance-based partnership.​Local Market Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the Saudi F&B scene.​Bilingual (Arabic & English): This is a major advantage.​Compensation Model:​This is a 100% performance-based role with high earning potential.
