Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in brand identity, digital design, and print production. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from concept to final production across various channels, digital media, and print collateral. Key qualifications include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express), the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to workflow. Experience in the cruise industry or ultra-luxury travel is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Monday. This role thrives in a collaborative environment with marketing and creative teams.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute creative assets aligned with brand standards for retail campaigns, catalogs, brochures, advertisements, and digital platforms. • Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, banner ads, landing pages, and presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product development, and industrial design—on collateral materials and visuals. • Prepare and deliver print-ready and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and quality while meeting deadlines. • Enhance digital images through localized adjustments for clarity and aesthetic goals. • Stay current with design trends and introduce innovative ideas to enrich visual storytelling. • Work with clients and vendors to present proofs, incorporate feedback, and manage projects from concept to completion. • Adapt materials for various formats, including digital banners, flyers, and printed ads. • Manage tasks and deliverables using project management platforms. • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials. • Monitor timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage updates of design assets. • Participate in client and agency meetings and calls.Qualifications:• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or a related field. • Over 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. • Expertise in editorial design, brand development, and digital marketing assets, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiar with tools like Lightroom, Premiere, WordPress, and Microsoft Office. • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media campaigns is a plus. • Strong skills in typography, layout, and color theory, along with photography direction and image retouching abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards. • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Knowledge of promotional campaign strategies, particularly for brochures and advertisements, is beneficial. • Video editing skills is a plus.
